PAYMENTS
Payments are done through Vgen, unless you placed the order outside of it. fees are added acording to extra requests done other than the basics.
REVISIONS
I won't accept any free changes requests of character design/details that were not discussed or included on the references after the art is done. Example: "i know the art is done already, i didn't ask for it before, and wasn't on the references but i forgot to mention i wanted them with a hat, can you add it" nope!
Changes will only be done if i did a genuine mistake on the character design/request If you want changes after the commission process is already clompleted, edit fees are added.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
the absolute deadline is one month on vgen, except for custom commissions and complex orders, if i miss the deadline without a reason, you have the right to ask for a refund.
Artworks with shorter deadlines than 1 month required will be charged more (minimum 10) The price will increase depending on the complexity of the request/day of delivery, won't accept deadlines that are less than 5 days, for services like fullbody/custom and more expensive commission types the limit can't be less than 1 week. Example: "i want this chibi work to be delivered tomorrow" nope! I need at least 5 days, give me a date that doesn't exceed the limits, please.
USE
Personal use only, unless you select commercial use option, do not use my art for AI, NFTS, in ANY circumstance, you will be instantly blacklisted if you do.I have the right to post and show my artwork anywhere unless you choose the NDA option
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You can edit and change my art (with permission) by yourself however you want as long as it is nothing offensive, grotesque or disrespectful, I absolutely condemn any edits that may offend any minority groups and you will be instantly blacklisted if you do.
I normally don't put my client's usernames on posts, if you want it, make sure to select the right option on the request form.I obviously don't do any kind of distribution service for commercial artworks, merchandise production or physical items and i'm not responsible for that, I'm just offering the artwork.REFUNDS
Refunds are not done in almost any circumstances other than: I can't deliver your art somehowI didn't respect the deadline, in this case, the extra price charged will be refunded.

Do you have a ping list?
yes! Before comms are open again, you can ask me to be put on the ping list.

Vgen organization tools are perfect for someone with ADHD like me, and it also protects both artists and costumers from getting scammed.
